Lakers Youth Hockey Association - Tryouts For the 2009-10 Season

The schedule for on-ice player evaluations is shown below. Each
player should attend two sessions: a Skating sessions and a
Scrimmage session.
The sessions are organized by the players age group for next year's
season, and then by last name. This is to even out the numbers
between the sessions so that every player has the opportunity for a
comprehensive evaluation.
The session dates and times have been chosen to minimize the chance
of playoff conflicts, but it is simply not possible to avoid all
potential conflicts. The timing of playoff games depends on whether
a team wins or loses earlier games, and some of the players on a
team will be moving up to the next age group, while the 1st year
players will be coming back in the same age group as 2nd year
players.
If you have a playoff conflict in Westboro or Marlboro and cannot
attend your correct session, you may contact Ian Bennie at
benniefamily@verizon.net
and request to be moved into the planned session for the other half of the alphabet.
If you cannot attend either session, you should definitely contact Ian. Don't just
show up at the rink - your name won't be on the tryout roster for
that session and you may face delays getting on the ice. Please
contact Ian first.
Only players that have registered for the upcoming season will be allowed to tryout. As a
reminder, players should tryout at their age level for NEXT season. All tryout sessions are
at Lake Ave Rink. Players must be ready to go on the ice 15 minutes prior to each session.
Mosquito tryouts will take place in the fall of 2008.

Bantams: Birth Year 1995 and Birth Year 1996
